DRIED PEPPERONI
Passed on from one generation to the next, the method our ancestors used to prepare pepperoni involves slow-drying in one of our drying rooms which, with their sterile controlled environments, give our products their unique flavours. We let time do its thing, and never rush the process.
COOKED PEPPERONI
Our cooked pepperoni is a Viau flagship product. It is prepared using a mixture of pork and beef to which we add carefully selected seasonings, guaranteeing a flavour reminiscent of the very best of Italy.
MEATBALLS
